Abstract - Hartet's thrombelastograph proves - after an increase of its sensitiveness - to be perfectly adapted to an precise physical study of milk clotting. The first experiments proved the reproductibility of results and their validity for the investigation of rennet-clotting, of lactic clotting and of mixt-coagulation.
