Abstract - Aflatoxin M1 contamination of milk and milk products
Tolerance levels for aflatoxin M1 in milk and milk products in Switzerland are given. The contamination of raw milk sampled since 1978 in farms in Switzerland and in neighbouring regions of France are discussed. Results for french cheese are also presented. The use of groundnut meals should be forbidden in feeds for lactating cows, as in Switzerland since 1978.
